Pack the item as received, with tags attached, and we'll arrange pickup
Get a full refund or exchange once we've checked the item
What qualifies for a return
- Unworn, unwashed items with original tags still attached
- Returns requested within 10 days of the delivery date
- Items in the same condition they were delivered in
Exchanges
Wrong size? We're happy to exchange for a different size or fit, subject to availability. Exchanges follow the same 10-day window and condition requirements as returns.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we'll process your refund to your original payment method or as store credit — your choice. Refunds are typically processed within 3-5 business days.
Non-returnable items
Items marked as final sale, or products that show signs of wear, washing, or damage not present at delivery, cannot be returned.
